I've noticed the few payments I'm just getting from my customers (since the change in the PSM) include an invoice that shows what looks like my storefront and summary of the transaction. What's missing, however, is the customer's shipping address. Is this one of the things that has been corrected? If not, can you please make sure to pass this along to the technicians. I find it kind of annoying and time consuming to have to visit the AW site AGAIN to make sure I have their correct shipping address.

Sonya, this would apply to ANY of my auctions where my customer goes through the post sales process. In the past, there have been a couple of spots where my buyer might make a copy of the invoice to send with payment. That was fine - both included all the info including their address. Lately, I've been getting an invoice that shows my storefront layout with all the info on the auction EXCEPT the buyer's address. I'm not exactly sure what else to tell you, since it's hard for me to recreate the experience, since I don't want to screw up my buyers entrance to the invoice. I'm sure you can somehow recreate it to avoid this problem. Please look into it, because I'm getting more and more coming in, which causes a delay when I have to look up what info they left on the auction site. I'm pretty sure it must be on the last page when they're done or the page just before.

Hi toyspast,

I tried to locate this page you are referencing, but am unable to do so. You go from the page where you enter it, to the next page with the details within, and finally the last page with those same details confirming the order.

Are your buyering printing out a page and including it with their mailed payment - that this is in reference to?
