I am trying to do a makeover to my entire store as I have not edited it since I opened my account with auction watch last summer. I have alot of items in my store that I dont want there. I tried deleting my intire inventory but all the items are still there. How can I get rid of them? Also is there a way to control which auction items appear on my storefront? Thanks for answering all these questions, I am just trying to adjust my business to all the new features you have just released so I can maximise my selling potential using the new features. Thanks!

Hi Hoffy1324,

To get rid of the Buy Now items in your storefront, you need to edit that item in inventory and change the Quantity Available in the storefront information tab to zero.

Unfortunately you can't really control what auctions go into your storefront unless you don't launch them through AW. Any auctions launched through AW will appear in your AW store, and your eBay store as well.

I like your storefront by the way!

Oh No! I already deleted all my inventory items. Now what! Are they stuck in my store forever?

Hi Hoffy1324,

If you deleted a Buy Now item from your inventory it would be gone from your storefront. Are the ones currently listed in your storefront, ones you deleted?

Youre right I think they are all gone now. How are the items selected that show up on the bottom of the checkout page for related items? Thanks for all of your help.

Hi Hoffy1324,

The items are chosen at random -- there is no specific order.
