I just made a new bath of 100 items to list to my storefront on AW. When I try to upload it everything freezes up. I tried restarting AMPRO several times with the same result each time. I even tried rebooting my computer and then restarting AMPRO with the same result again. Please Advise!!

Thats part of the problem, I can sync without anything in the background but when I try to upload the batch, everything freezes up, I cant even click on the details button to see an error message! I'm baffled!

Hi Hoffy1324,
If you can synchronize without uploading anything but it freezes when you try to upload your batch, try breaking down the batch into 2 smaller ones. Let me know if this doesn't work.

I just did right before your reply and it worked uploading about 10 at a time. Any more than that and it went extremely slow or froze up all together. I guess I can live with doing that but why is this problem happening and will it be fixed so we can upload them all at once?

Hi Hoffy1324,
Every once in a while this problem happens, and can be easily solved by breaking down your batch. It could be due to a number of reasons -- your connection speed to the internet, the RAM on your computer, if you have any other programs running in the background, etc. If you continue to have trouble uploading larger batches in the future please let me know.
