On one of my auctions that ended today, the bidder filled out the WBN but then in the "Message to seller" part they wrote:

"Please send total & address. I wood like to know if I could mail out payment on friday. please let me know. thank you"

I clicked on it to view their response to the rest of the form and it doesn't show anything about what form of shipping they want and from the check list part it is defaulting to the first choice. Did the buyer just not choose a form of shipping or is there something wrong with the form? Either way, how do handle this? Do I need to resend the WBN? They already filled out most of it but did not choose shipping choice. Can it be resent or would I have to clear the form first? Or can I resend it with a request for them to choose shipping method?

Hi Antelope67,

The buyer probably didn't finish filling out the form, which is why they don't have a total. It is up to you what you would like to do next. You could write them back and ask them to finish the form (they should have the URL in the WBN that got sent to them), or you could ask them what they would prefer for shipping and then fill it out yourself.

What if they've already deleted that email, can the WBN be resent as is and then have them do the shipping part?

Hi Antelope67,

Unfortunately you cannot send it as it is, it will go to the winner again completely blank and they'll have to fill it out once more. You can send them the whole WBN by using the 1-click send link, or you can preview the WBN and send them the direct URL to the form.
