I get problem customers all day long, stating that they are unable to go through the checkout process. What's up with this? Is this a known issue and will it be resolved?

Well so far only AOL people are having this problem who go through the checkout, a lot of our people don't bother and or don't tell us. What they say is the link is either invalid or gives a server error. I'm guessing from what I have seen from other people is the link that is sent in the email is cut off from being to long. Same issue about the tracking number that is sent to people as well.
The links are clickable but cuts off the last few characters outside of the link.

For the tracking numbers I always remove all the spaces. If there are spaces in the tracking number it puts them into the link and breaks it up.

I use AOL and have had no problems using the Checkout system when I'm buying. In fact I have found the forms to be very easy to follow. Good luck with helping those who are having trouble.
