OK, so I had to produce an Invoice/Packing Slip for a winner today. Well, it was different from yesterday's version - but that's not saying much.
I noticed that you changed the fonts in the address label portion of the page - but it still takes up 1/2 of the page. That's bad.
I also noticed that you put boxes back around the headings and the line items. That's good.
But why the heck is "unit price" messed up? In this case it ended up as 26 - not $26.00 - just 26. That's bad.
You still have plenty of work to do on this before you get it right.
If you are going to keep on slipstreaming in the changes, please have the decency to announce that you are still developing the format - and then let us know when you think you might be done.
I really don't like waking up to a new "surprise" every day with this application; it is starting to get >very< tiresome.

Hi Kahml,
Which of your items is this happening to? Let me know so I can check it out, and let engineering know.

Hi Kahml,
Are you viewing the packing slip for this item? I viewed it and it was coming up as $26.00. Let me know what you are viewing that shows the price as 26.

Can AW print out a sample invoice/packing slip and then look at it and tell me honestly that it has a professional look?
Do you need us user's to send you examples of what we would like?

Hi Jalleniii,
We ask for examples when there is a problem and we view and print them out. If we cannot replicate the problem, or find the problem a user is having, we ask for more information so that we can try to duplicate it.
If you are having problems with the packing slip or you do not like how it looks please let us know what you would like changed so that we can log your suggestion.

Sonya,
The column heading "Unit Price" contains a value of 26.
The subtotal has a value of $26.00.
I've looked through a variety of different orders and auctions, and this is the only one that is weird. The auction that ended at $135.00 prints 135.00. The auctions that ended in .50 print the .50.
I don't get it....

Sonya...
If nothing else, simply change back to the "old" invoice format. I can't understand how anyone would want to send such a amateurish looking invoice to a customer.

Hi Kahml,
When you entered in the price for that auction, did you enter it in with the decimal point and the zeros or did you enter in just the number? And is this happening to any other autions in post sale? I looked at a few, including the other one you referenced, and they are all coming up in the Unit Price column correctly.
If you can think of anything that you might have done differently with this auction, or anything you might have changed, please let me know.

Sonya,
The price I entered for the auction started at $2.50.
$26 is the winning bid - I could not have typed it in anywhere!
The e-mail I got from eBay has the full value. The auction listing on eBay has the full value. The only place it >doesn't< is in the packing slip column.

Hi Kahml,
Thanks for the additional information. I have escalated this problem to engineering. If you notice it affecting any other auctions in Post Sale, please let me know the auction ID numbers.

While on this subject of Invoice/Packing slip I have two additonal requests that should be addressed.
1. When you print an invoice, delete the wording of Invoice/Packing slip and simply use Invoice.
2. There is no date whatsoever on the invoices.
