I was really bothered by how these pages looked this morning, so I ventured into the code. Yeah, I was >that< bothered.
Could your programmers please consider the following changes:
The "to" address is situated after a column that is expressed at 60%. If you change this to 40%, the "to" address will move closed to the middle of the page. It should then fit on most folks labels (especially the smaller packages).
You have two "spacer" gifs in the top (address) portion that have a height of 390 pixels. If you reduce this 260, you free up alot of space for the bottom (invoice) portion.
With these two changes, the printed form then appears more along the lines of the old 1/3 address 2/3 invoice format.
Please!!! These changes shouldn't be hard to make, test, or deploy.
Just think, you would win the gratitude of - oh, I don't know - two, maybe three people - but that shouldn't stop you.

Hi Sonya,
Under the old Invoice/Packing Slip system we could print three slips per 8.5x11" page by setting the pixel resolution to 300. Can we get this option back?
Under the new system, printing three 3.5" slips takes three 8.5xll" inch pages.
Never understood what 300 pixels referred to, but it worked.

Thanks Sonya!
I guess it was a frequent suggestion. They changed it overnite and added a few other things. As usual, I'm a little late to the party. But it sure _felt_ like an immediate response.

I agree with kahml....very much! Addresses at top of invoice are too broad to fit Priority label or any other. We must cut and tape. Please move the TO section farther to the left.

New shipping label style offers an unexpected bonus.
I've found that at least half the people who fill out the checkout form don't capitalize anything, so I was having to go in and edit the shipping address -- a major waste of time.
Now with the TO address converted to all capital letters, I don't have to do that anymore. Big timesaver. Thanks.
