I am considering signing up for the Auction Manager services, and have a few questions before I decide whether to use this.
1) In most cases I have bidders who win multiple auctions at the same time. I want to send a winning auction notice that shows all auctions won in one e-mail that includes a total of all auctions won. Can that be done here? I've done it with other programs but they unfortunately did not offer photo hosting services.
2) Is there a plan available that offers unlimited image hosting space, and if so which plan is that? From reading the various plans offered I've confused myself.
Also, is there a trial option available should I decide to join that allows me to take all this for a 'test drive'?
We have combined shipping available for multiple winners. When you have a winner that has won several of your options, you can send them a combined winning bidder notification that includes all their auctions plus your shipping discounts (should you have any).
All of our premium plans offer unlimited image hosting usage -- there actually isn't a limit as to how many images you can store in your account but if you are under the standard plan, which is the only plan that isn't monthly, if you use your images in auction forms outside of your AW account there is an image fee.
I would recommed the Standard Plan to start off with, as you get charged based on what you launch. Unfortunately there isn't a free trial option that won't charge you, but that would be the best one to start with because if you launched just one auction, it would be 10 cents.
