I don't know if anyone else has posted this yet, did not see anything regarding this. Regarding your new format where it has a pulldown menu with abbreviations for states and countries, is completely useless for printing international labels. My post office has been VERY specific that the country MUST be spelled out in CAPITAL letters. They reject anything else. Just something you might want to check into.

I know that GERMANY prints out as DEU - Post office has questioned me on this and I had to write GERMANY on the box.

To add, I just got back from the P.O. and the clerk politely stated that it is more of a hinderance than a help to show United States of America on packages shipped from and to the U.S.....AW are you listening?

My Post Office told me that same thing, that when Shipping within the US it took longer to process when it has United States of America in the address. I have just whiting it out.

We've changed the behavior slightly, to try and accomodate these issues. Please let us know if this is not sufficient on the packing slip:
- To: address now capitalized
- Country is spelled out, not abbreviated
- Country is NOT displayed if from and to country match

Wow, That is great. Thanks for being so quick to fix this. Just one thing though. The country names need to be all in CAPITAL letters, at least that is what my post office is requiring. THANKS!
