HELLO! I HAVE A QUESTION...AFTER AN INVENTORY ITEM SELLS ON EBAY...APPROX HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REFLECT AS SOLD/NOT ACTIVE AUCTION IN MY AW INVENTORY LIST? I HAVE AN ITEM THAT SOLD OVER 12 HRS AGO AND IT IS STILL REFLECTED AS "AT AUCTION" ON MY INVENTORY LIST? I DO ALOT OF BUY IT NOWS AND NEED TO HAVE "UP TO THE MINUTE" REPORTING AS I THOUGHT I WAS PAYING FOR?!?!!?

PLEASE DO ASAP..AS MY INVENTORY IS NOW A MESS! THIS WAS NEVER METNTIONED WHEN I SET UP THE INVENTORY SYSTEM JUST THINKING THAT IT WOULD COME OUT WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. I HAVE OVERSOLD ITEMS THINKING I HAD MORE IN STOCK AND I HAVE CUSTOMERS VERY UPSET WHO HAVE PAID FOR AN ITEM I DO NOT HAVE! I AM A SINGLE MOM WHO DOES THIS FULL TIME FOR A LIVING AS MY ONLY SOURCE OF INCOME AND THE PROBLEMS HAVE NOT HELPED.
THANK YOU

This has been a problem for months, I have found if you go to auction manager and selcet to see only active items, change the items you see to 50 instead of 20. then go to each page and hit the refresh button (ON AUCTIONWATCH not your internet explorer), you should see the total numbers of active auctions drop, and will show up on post sale page, but remember you must go to each page and hit refresh button. I have been doing this for several months for buy it now items.
