Can I use html in my Post Sale Mgt Messages? I would like to change font, font size & color. Thanks, Susan

Hi Customveils,
all post sale messages are e-mail messages sent as text. So you cannot use HTML there. With one exception though: the welcome message that the buyer will see at the top of the checkout form, after clicking the link in the email. Because the WBN response page is a HTML one, you may use here text formatting (like relative font size, and color).
