I need help with the gallery pics on these two auctions:

1717778497
710163737

I check my auctions frequently by searching "ddeva" and checking the search description box.

I noticed within 24 hours that the pics were incorrect; I went in and corrected them as instructed at another time by an AW rep.

After eBay indexed, it worked -- for a couple days, I saw the correct version in gallery.

But now they are back to the wrong pic!

Please help, and why is this happening?

ddeva,

This is happening to me also... but not in the gallery it is right in my auctions. once 2 weeks ago and again a few days ago,and not just 2 auctions but all 9 I listed. they were scrambled everywhere!! I also tried to fix it but with no luck,I had to end the auctions because of all the e-mails as to what's going on here!!This did not happen right away... it was a while after my auctions started, I checked them after listing and all was fine then in a couple hours-oh my what a mess. Please read my thread titled scrambled photos for the info.

I am very disappointed that AW has not addressed this error.

I paid $.50 to have gallery double-listed with my Paillette top. To no avail, the top shown in gallery is *not* the top I'm selling under that auction #.

Please help.

Hi Ddeva,

The reason the wrong image is appearing in the gallery is because when you were selecting your gallery image during the create listing process, you chose a different image than the ones in the auction. I copied one of these auctions into pending (the black paillette top) so that you can see what I am referring to. You can delete the auction from pending after you've looked at it.

Unfortunately, this does not explain why:

when I went into eBay and manually changed the 'cleardot' gallery links to the correct Image link,

the images were correct for about *over 24 hours*

then *reverted* back to the *wrong* images.

This makes no sense to me.

I'm going to try another correction. This time I am using a link to the picture that is within the auction rather than the AW preview picture.

By eBay's next index, these should stand corrected.

If these auction pics change back a day or two after the correction is indexed, you will see what I mean.

Hi Ddeva,

This would be something you may want to ask eBay about because once you have launched your auction from here, any changes made to the auction have to be done on eBay. Settings you have in your AW account would not affect what is on that listing because it has already been launched.

This link was tricky to find.

When I found my pics had not updated the last indexing, I searched and found this:

Fix Your Gallery Image page
http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?DisplayGalleryImagePage

Just gave it a shot. Will see what happens.
