Please look at my auction # 1089549061, the PSM key 3 is completed and I did not mark this auction as paid. It appears that the buyer completed the WBN and somehow PSM key #3 was shown completed instead of #2. I had noticed this once before about a week ago and thought that maybe I marked it by mistake, but this one is definitely a software problem. Thanks!

It appears you have the "Automatically apply the payment as a credit to the mail-specified item or order #" option under 'mailstep' in your preferences, checked. Examine the item you're referring to in the PSM checklist (click the 1-9 keys) and you'll see a credit applied with a PayPal payment ID. This was a payment paid, sent to your mailstep account, and we credited the listing. The amount was enough to cover the full amount due, so it was marked as paid automatically. This is one of the big features of the mailstep processing, and isn't a bug! You can always turn this off if you'd like in preferences, but it's designed to be a significant time-saving feature... (and you must have deliberately chosen to check it, it's not by default turned on.)
