Since you changed the print out of the address/invoice in the post sale I can't seem to fit it in the priority label. Can you tell me how to print out a small (but with large font) address label that fits on a priority label, which is only "one page" and includes the invoice/packing slip? as it used to before you changed post sale stuff? I like to print out one sheet quickly......cut in half....pack the packing slip within the box.....top half(address label) goes on outside. ONLY one sheet and big font/small enough to fit where the postman can read and save on printing paper. (The secret answer here is "fast, quick, inexpensive, and ledgible"!)Please don't answer with "change the font size, etc.etc.etc." Just go back to the old way. I was happy then! TIA!

Hi ramabele,

Sorry, we will not be able to revert back to the old label at this time. Sorry to hear of your frustration with the new format, we will forward along your comments for further review by the product development team.

Christopher,

A specific set of easy-to-implement changes was already suggested.

Why should something that is simple to do (and would benefit everyone) take so long?

After a hiatus, I just shipped my first auction items tonight. The new label format is a colossal pain where one sits. Do your engineers ever talk to actual users???

The caps on addresses is good, but I want the old format (the one that came from going into the individual fulfillment checklists) because it could be folded in thirds or quarters, and then the right hand side folded under to fit on virtually any box.

If AW thought a new label format imperative, you should have added the new one as a seller option, but let those of us who had developed a system with the old one keep it.

Does AW really think creating more work for the people who pay keep you in business to be a smart business strategy???!!!???

I am having the same problem with my Address/Invoice Labels. Prior to the new PSM implementations, everything fit on one page. Now half of the labels are not on the page and the final cost on the far right of the invoice is missing. As a seller, I have to write in the missing information.
It is hard for me to comprehend, that the Engineers can make these changes, but can not revert back to the old format or at least make the information fit on the new formatted address/invoice page.
I am not trying to be difficult as a consumer, but would like to have services that were benificial as a seller.
