I just received a email from ebay safe harbor about my storefront link on one of my auctions. I thought our AW storefront links were allowed! What is going on? Can you help!

I also have links on ALL my Auctions. I have not yet recieved an email from ebay. Auction Watch, PLEASE let us know if this is no longer allowed. Thanks.

We have been assured by eBay that our Storefront links are fine, however, if you have an additional link that you have added yourself, this would not be allowed. You are only allowed one link, that has no promotional wording regarding non-eBay auctions.
If you can provide an example of an item number, I will take a look. Please feel free to forward the email you received from eBay to [email protected] so that we can follow up with them if need be.

Ebay is picky about the wording which describes and leads into your storefront link. I got warned by them a while back, and a quick edit of my About Me page was all it took to satisfy them. So check your wording, and try to think like eBay thinks.

Hi Diana,
I have used the same gallery link that AW provides for every auction I have listed in the past 2 years, and thats a lot of auctions, nothing has changed. Why all of a sudden have they began to say it is not allowed. I will send you their email.
