I've had several cases now where my customers have received the WBN, filled it out, printed it and sent me payment, but their info never showed up on my copy of the WBN. For example, item #1526101841. I thought the customer was ignoring me, but I received a printout of the order confirmation, so he definitely filled it out. Now I'm wondering how many other times this has happened - I know there is at least one other case. Can you explain how this could be happening?

I've had that happen only twice, but in each case, the person filled out the form, printed it and never clicked it to save.
One guy said he didn't like sending the information over the internet; the other said she got lost on the page and wasn't sure what to do.

In order to receive a WBN confirmation (i.e. PSM step 2 checked) buyer must finish the checkout process, by clicking the "Confirm Order" button on the page with the same name. After pressing this button, he will see an order confirmation page, and you will see the step checked. Please consult the printout you received. If the print has the button above, then you should instruct your buyer to finish the process.
