I was turned in for having other than ebay items on my storefront and appealed to ebay and received an apology email. Here is some of the apology:

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced receiving an email
stating that you were violating our links policy. I can certainly
understand your concern.
I've looked at your account and found that you were not in violation of
our policies. I have corrected the information on our database to show
that you indeed were not violating our policy.

The BIG 800 pound gorilla does make mistakes and admits it when they do, I am impressed.

I'd get a frame for it and hang it over my fireplace. Better yet, I'd list it on Ebay!! It's probably the only document in existance where they admit to making a mistake. You'd most likely make a fortune off of it.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
