I was turned in for having other than ebay items on my storefront and appealed to ebay and received an apology email. Here is some of the apology:

stating that you were violating our links policy. I can certainly
understand your concern.
I've looked at your account and found that you were not in violation of

that you indeed were not violating our policy.

I'd get a frame for it and hang it over my fireplace. Better yet, I'd list it on Ebay!! It's probably the only document in existance where they admit to making a mistake. You'd most likely make a fortune off of it.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
