In the WBN preview (and of course, the actual WBN that goes to customers) if it is a combined order, the order # shows up twice, one right after the other.Here's an example of the one I just finished sending: Re: AW Order #526452068 | ORDER 526452068. This is unnecessary and confusing. Can we fix this?
Also, how we coming on removing the "Message To Seller" box? Or at least linking it to go to seller email - I vote against that because as nice as customer's are, it gets extremely tedious to be opening emails all day that say "Can't wait to get this item!" or "You do such great work", etc. Yeah, it's nice, but I think they feel they SHOULD write something and then we have to go through hundreds of these and it gets to be too much! Please advise
