All of my Amazon Auctions are no longer on my active panel? Where did they go?

Hi Popnrock,
Were these created through AuctionWatch? I tried to import using your Amazon ID and nothing came up. Do you have any item numbers?

I launched all of my Amazon Auctions through AW. They are still on the Amazon site but have disappeared from my Active panel!

Hi Popnrock,
I cannot even search your stored Amazon ID 'popnrockcom' on Amazon Auctions. Did you change anything about your Amazon ID? Please make sure the information is current in Auction Site Accounts. What are the auction ID numbers for some of the missing auctions?

There 58 auctions. I haven't changed anything about my account. Here are some of my auction numbers:

I have a similar situation.
Even though the auction(s) are still on amazon, they do not show up under active. They show up under closed auctions.
Maybe yours is the same situation and AW can move forward with a solution.

I just launched 16 auctions on all three sites (48 total) yesterday, April 24.
Today, the Ebay & Yahoo's are showing up as usual, but all the Amazon listings are showing up in the closed section.
They were were launched as 14 day auctions. I double-checked and they are actually still running on Amazon with 13 days to go.
Thanks for any assistance!

Same phenomenon occurred for me.
Around 3:00pm (New York time?) today (4/25/2002) I launched a one-item auction on Amazon via AuctionWatch. All standard, very normal.
About 10 minutes ago 4:20 pm New York time) I logged into Auction Watch to check on things.
There on my Control Panel was my Amazon auction (and three previously set eBay auctions).
The ID of Amazon auction is (was?) 0425J746890.
I clicked the REFRESH button and POOF the Amazon item disappeared (but the eBays remained). Amazon item was not even in the Closed section.
I also went over to Amazon.com and searched Auctions on both the item name and on the ID. No luck.
Glad to find this thread at least! Will watch for updates as they occur. Thank you!
- Ray B.
P.S. I wonder if it's related to the eBay API now functioning. Hmmm....

A follow-up:
My Amazon auction, mentioned above, has re-surfaced at Amazon. ID number is the same as mentioned previously: 0425J746890
However, I tried to track it via my control panel. AuctionWatch cannot find it. I believe I have indicated the ID number correctly.
Hope this helps.

Hey RayBirks:
Actually, Amazon doesn't put your auctions online instantly like eBay & Yahoo do. They sit in the OPENING SOON queue, sometimes for up to 6 hours. That's probably why you didn't find the listing immediately.
You can check pending auctions under the "opening Soon" link in your Amazon Seller Account page.
Good luck over there!

You seem to not be paying attention. Be sure to read the original post as well as the addendum.

Addendum to my previous reply: You are correct that Amazon often takes hours for an auction to appear. I don't recall if I checked that first day inside my seller's account there.
However, the auction had still appeared to begin with on my control panel and subsequently disappeared from AW. Even today (4/26) Auction Manager cannot find the auction, even for tracking.

I cannot track mine either.
One still further bit of info for AW, my supposedly "closed" auctions all have a closed date of 00/00/00
Alfmarkel & popnrock brought up this problem on the 20th. Why is this taking so long to fix?

I still do not have my auctions back on auction manager. I hope I am not being charged for these services. Is there an update?

I wish I read this thread BEFORE I posted on Amazon. Same problem as of this mornng. I posted 7 auctions, all went well. Refreshed, and they moved to closed with a date of 00/00/00.
Any help would be appreciated.

So, popnrock, it's been 14 days since your original problem. I guess the problem has solved itself for you, huh?
Mine still aren't fixed either.
No explanation, no apologies, no fix.
I think I'm done here.

To follow up...
I just checked my AW account today and found I was charged for the 8 listings I placed on Amazon that closed upon listing. I have requested credit for these listings.
AW - Any word on this problem yet, other than we're working on it?
Thanks,
Kim
