Hi,
Just got an email from a customer who bid and paid for an item and then next day bid on another and won, so I combined the 2 and sent a new WBN. But the new WBN doesn't show the payment of the 1st item on it! The payment shows when I open up the page by clicking on the PSM keys, but not on the WBN she gets. This is a really bad situation if previous payments are not being deducted from what is owed on combined items as not everyone pays in one payment.
Please advise!

Order ORDER 527306035 with #2016288698 being paid first. Just had another happen too, Order 527402669, paid today for #2017045762, but when I combined the next item he won tonight with it, the credit wouldn't show anywhere on the WBN, at least not that I could see on the preview!! Also, if the customer completes the WBN and you later combine that auction with another, all that info is lost. Can't you make it so the info they give us stays?? That's so ridiculous!

Hi Biffette,
I checked both orders, and from the looks of it, the credits were applied. Since the WBNs have been completed, I am unable to see what it looked like before the winner completed it so that we can determine why the information isn't carrying over, and what is causing the credits not to apply. Has this happened again, to an order that hasn't fully been completed yet?

Please tell me where in the preview of the WBN does it show payments already made by the customer on an earlier auction that is now combined with an unpaid auction? I see absolutely no area where this info would be reflected. All there is, is Purchase Summary, Billing Information, Shipping Information, Shipping Carrier, and Message to Seller (WHICH WE ALL WISH YOU WOULD REMOVE!!!)
Where on this page is the area for previous payments???????

ORDER 527402669 was just sent a WBN. They won an item tonite and have already won 2 items and paid for them, but in the preview I see no mention of the payments already received.
PLEASE ADVISE!

Hi Biffette,
If you click on the Order in Closed Auctions, you will see right in between the list of what is included in the order and the Fulfillment Checklist, the Amount that is due. It shows the order total, two previously paid amounts, and the amount currently due. As the seller goes through the post sale process, he will see this amount -- click on View Response in step two to see what I mean.
