Hi:
I just had an auction end with BIN.
The item moved to closed auction's, But there are no post sale key's.
When I go to Post Sales it don't even show!

Hi dadofstickboy,

Was this item a relist? Did you change the reserve price when you relisted it?

Hi Brian:
The answer is yes to all your question's!
But I don't remember that affecting anything in the past. I almost alway's change something when I relist.
Thanks! Charlie.

Hi dadofstickboy,

If you change the reserve on an auction that you relist, our system still retains the original reserve. So when your auction ended, our system didn't know it met the reserve. You will need to complete this transaction manually with the buyer via email. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Brian:
When changing (editing) to relist.
You have to hit the (save) button.
So at that point you would expect the system to reconise the new info.
Charlie.

Hi Dadofstickboy,

What was the original reserve on your item -- was it lower than the Buy It Now price that it sold at?

Hi Sonya!
Originally the BIN was=450.00
Reserve was= 375.00

Changed it to:
BIN= 300.00
Reserve=275.00

But still once edited it should remember.
I've changed before and never had this happen.
Charlie.

Hi Dadofstickboy,

If you select your auction in your closed section and hit relist, then hit edit, you will see what the relist launched as -- it shows a reserve of $350.00 and a Buy It now of $375.00. Did you change this after the auction launched?

Hi:
I realize we discussed the problem and found out why it happened. But: I was wondering why is it that you system didn't know my item was sold.So it didn't turn on the post sales key's. But it was smart enough to charge me a FVF. Even though it didn't know the item was sold? Not complaining, just realized it must have known the item was sold! So why wasn't the key's turned on?

Hi Dadofstickboy,

The keys did not appear because the item sold for less than your original reserve price. If you want me to take a look again I will, just let me know the auction ID number.
