I'm a new user to AW and believe that I have set up all of my account information. However, when I try to launch an item to eBay, I keep getting the message similar to "Cannot launch item to eBay because site information is not on file for that site." Please let me know what I need to do as I'm eager to start selling using AW! Thanks.

Hi Jklassic,
When you are on the Edit form for your inventory item, at the bottom right will be a Site Specifics section for all three auction sites. Fill out the one for ebay and save your information -- you should then be able to launch. Let me know if you have trouble.
