Hi Iadams3230,

Do you have any spaces in the image name?

Hello,
No, I have no spaces in my file names. I work on a PowerMac G3 9.2 and have used AOL for my image host but have changed to Cox.net. Some image names are: carrol.jpg-march.jpg-valle.jpg.
I cannot figure out why they won't upload for AuctionWatch. Please help as I need this to work ASAP. Thank-you!

Hi iadams3230,

Have you tried to just upload one image at a time? If that doesn't work, can you send us an image via email so we can take a look at it?

-Brian

Hi Brian,
Yes I've tried to upload just one at a time, I've renamed them, that doesn't work either. I'll email you an image. Very frustrating!

Hi iadams3230,

Would you check your image file names before you upload, and make sure that the .jpg extension is actually there? Some Mac programs will save a jpeg, but without the .jpeg extension. You may have to add this manually.

Diana

my images files show the .jpg at the end of every one when I try to upload. I don't know how to attach an image file to your email on the help page. I use Adobe Photoshop to creat my images.

I sent you an email with an email address to send an image to. Did you receive that email? Reply to that email and attach an image to it.

Hi iadams3230,

I received your email and there is definitely something wrong with the image. Where do your images originate from, and what do you do with them in Photoshop?

Hello again Brian,
I've uploaded my images to AOL ftp site and they upload fine & look fine. I've re-scanned & re-tried to upload on AuctionWatch but continue to get the same error message. I would like to use your services if someone could please tell me what I have to do to get them to upload??????
