We recently had an action end, #863324224, that had a customer from Florida who needed to be charged sales tax. When we go into the post-sale section for this listing it is showing 0.07% for sales tax instead of 7%. I can't seem to find the location to make this adjustment. I thought I'd find it in our preferences but I can;t find it there. Please help. Thanks, Mike
To make this change, what you will need to do is deselect step 2 of the fulfillment checklist, then edit the response so you can change the tax percentage. When you are done you can check off step 2 again, and finish with the post sale process.

I don't want to know how to fix this one. I want to know how it got listed incorrectly so it won't happen again. Mike
It appears that the tax drop down was misread when the customer went to input 7%. We will be improving on the tax calculator so that mishaps like this one are prevented in the future.
