Even though I have a few untracked
The funny thin is I can track other peoples auctions

Hello,
There was a fix released earlier for this, but there are a few errors still being reported. Engineering will continue to work on this issue, sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry for the delay, there is a much more involved error occuring here than originally thought. Engineering will continue to work on this issue until we have a resolution.

IF NO RESOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM CAN BE MET WE WILL HAVE TO USE AN ALTERNATIVE SERVICE
PLEASE ADVISE IF THERE IS AN ETA TO FIX THIS BECAUSE WE ARE GETTING CLOSE TO ONE WEEK WITH NO RESOLUTION

We are still looking into this problem of why your auctions won't track in. The auctions that aren't tracking -- are they launched through AW and are they by any chance relists?

NO NOT LAUNCHED IN AW AND NOT RELISTED THEESE ARE FRESH NEW EBAY LISTINGS i HAVE ABOUT 35 UNTRACKED

I have the same problem and first reply I got said it was my fault for having Personal Offers.
The next reply I got said "Don't worry, it's fixed now" when in fact it is not fixed.
Words can not describe how dissipointed I am at AW service.
A week of being sown is not acceptable.
Not getting a true response is not acceptabel.
For the fourth time, when will you be fixing this item!!!
