I am using the "combine auctions" and I need to know what is happening please. What is the customer seeing when they get the WBN?
After I combined 3 auctions, they had already received 1 or 2 WBNs. Then I combined and they received the correct one, I believe, because I put in the shipping amount and they have followed the checkout form through to that point at this time, so they must have the correct WBN. They still ask for a Billpoint invoice. I sent an email:
There should be a Billpoint link at the end of the checkout form. Please let me know if you need additional assitance.
Customer response:
I certainly do need additional assistance because I don't see a Billpoint link, only to some other site. When I go to Billpoint, it is only for one auction and has no amount for the shippping for all three.
Actually, the customer has gotten to the correct shipping that I put in for all three but they don't realize it because it is very cheap. However, why aren't they seeing a Billpoint link and a listing of all three of the auctions for checkout? I realize the "other site" mentioned must be my storefront. Please help. TIA

Please answer SOON! I need to send this customer an answer quickly. If you need time to check this out, just tell me how to complete this customer's order. How can I send them a Billpoint invoice for all three?
