Someone please tell me how to combine 3 auctions into one BILLPOINT invoice for payment? My customer has been waiting and I have tried going to Billpoint and they will only show one auction. No way to combine all three for payment! Of course, the customer is totally confused with the WBN and will not complete it! Please help!

Hi Ramabele,

Do you want this auction completed here, or through Billpoint? If the customer does not want to complete the WBN but wants to pay all three by Billpoint, you should be able to combine a total through ebay Checkout.

Hi Sonya!
And thank you for your quick response! At this point I had better just send a Billpoint invoice as I am confused with this combinable stuff! and so is the customer! I went to check out at Ebay. They only let me do ONE auction. I saw no place to combine. So I didn't send the one. I need to bill for all three at once!
If you saw my other post...regarding the WBN...when they got to the shipping (which was correct!) they tell me it only showed ONE auction. Not all three. Please, if you can, go check this WBN for me and see what the customer is seeing...

Let me start from the beginning. Sold three auctions to same customer.
Each auction was checked to send automatic WBN.
It looked like (as best I recall)only one went out. That is when I combined all three and I thought I sent another WBN but may be I didn't. All three are appearing within one ORDER #. Should I dare to send them another...and is there a LINK at the end of the WBN for them to click to pay for it by Billpoint? For my next auctions, I must find this out. I will be using combinable quite a bit so I must learn how.

Hi Ramabele,

If you send them the WBN for the order, it will go to them with the link to pay by Billpoint. I am looking at the order right now, and it shows three combined auctions with a shipping choice for all three. From your other post it looks like your customer is refusing the WBN.

How do I give them only one shipping choice! i.e. $4.00 to ship all three Media Mail.

Hi Ramabele,

You already have that set as your shipping choice for all three of the auctions. You have completed your order correctly.

Thank you Sonya!!!
One last thing...If I click to send another WBN...Can I be assured the customer will get the combined invoice that is correct? And finally, how many clicks/pages do they have to go through before they get to the Billpoint link to pay? because I believe at this point my best bet is to walk them through it step by step if I can...and give them a choice of receiving 3 individual Ebay checkout/Billpoint invoices or following my step by step procedure to get to the end of the AW WBN!

Hi Ramabele,

I previewed the WBN and it looks correct. Basically, when they receive it, they'll choose the payment method from the drop down list (in their case, Billpoint), fill out their billing and shipping information, and then continue the checkout (it will be a clickable button at the bottom). After they have checked out there will be a link for them to pay via Billpoint. The link takes them to Billpoint's website where they can proceed with payment. I hope this helps!
