The delete button has been replaced by the Archive button. The Archive button works in a similar fashion, the difference being the listing is not permanently removed from your closed auctions area.

Does that mean that the listing will show up in our "closed" listings? When I relist an auction that did not sell from the "closed" listings, I then remove it from the "closed" listings so it will not be relisted at a later date. If these listings reappear in my "Closed" section I will relist them again and will have duplicate listings for a single item. Mike
If you want to delete a closed auction, select it and hit the "Archive" button. The Archive button works exactly as the Delete button did, the only difference being, if you choose to download your archive you will download that auction you had previously deleted.

Help! I am new to auction watch and was just trying to figure everything out and now when I went to post sell to mark some customers paid, they have disappeared. I did not want to archive them but they are gone. Can I get all of them back?????
Thanks!
Kristi
You can still import these auctions back into your Control Panel. Click on Sales Manager, Track Auction, then enter in each individual auction number. With closed auctions you can only track by item #, and not by User ID.
