Good Morning,
Turned my auto WBN to OFF during active auctions. All closed last night and manually sent, some combineable-some not. It appears as though they all have been sent in post sale, in fact, some show one sent and some show two. Out of 6 that I sent, I received copies of only 3. What can the problem be?

Hi Ramabele,

Did you turn off the auto-WBN in Post Sale Management Options, or for the individual auctions? The only way it would send is if you didn't turn it off for the active auctions. Which ones did you not receive the copy?
