My sold eBay auction, 2023901839, does not appear in Closed or Post-Sale. What's going on?

Hi Bill,

The auction was missing from your account. I have imported it for you, it is now appearing at the top of your closed auctions list.

Is this great service or what? Look at the time on the messages. This problem was fixed in under 15 minutes. W O W !!!
