I accidently archived my recently closed items and they have not gone through the post-sale process....still waiting for responses and need to mark items shipped etc....I am very unhappy with this feature. It is actually a feature that DELETES the capability to review auctions or ever retrieve them again. I HAVE TO HAVE MY MAY AND APRIL AUCTIONS BACK! PLEASE HELP GET THEM BACK INTO POST-SALE MANAGEMENT.
If you delete items from your account, now by the use of the archive button which is in the location where the delete key used to be, you can bring your auctions back into your closed list. The auctions will need to be still available at eBay directly, otherwise this workaround will not.
You can use the 'Track Auction' link found off of the Sales Manager tab. You will unfortunately need to use the option where you enter the item number to bring them back in, and not by username since they have already been closed. This should give you your keys back to work with.
