I relisted an auction on May 15/02, as I had already gone through the NPB process at eBay. Am I supposed to have any fees refunded at the AW level? If so, what do I do? I clicked the Non-paying bidder button (somewhere on AW.....not sure where now) and that was when I relisted the auction, but I don't see any credits on my account.
You will not get the listing fee refunded, but you can get a refund on the final value fee as you do at eBay.
As proof, we will accept a copy and paste of the line item from your eBay statement, showing the refund from eBay. You may copy and paste it directly into the text field in the refund request form, available at:
