Hi:
Just sent a batch of 8 WBNs and after clicking "Send Now," the system just sort of sat and spun for several minutes without giving me a completion. To check if the WBNs were going out, I checked to see if I received my email copies and, lo and behold, there in my inbox was 4 copies of every WBN. I quickly went back to the send page and hit Cancel, then went back to my email to find another set (the 5th copy) waiting.
They seem to have quit arriving now, but I'm assuming my customers also received 5 copies of their WBN, so I've already emailed each to apologize.
Could you look into this and let me know if indeed my customers did get 5 copies, or if they got no copy (the 8 items are still showing in WBN To Send)? And before you ask, no I did not hit the send button more than once -- I know better than that. Seems like the system got hung up.
Thanks
New info: Actually, it gets weirder. I have 5 copies of WBNs for 6 of the 8 items, and NO copies for the last two items in WBN To Send, 2104703478 and 873392971. Please let me know which WBNs actually went out and which I still need to send.

Is there anybody working the boards tonight? It's been 3-1/2 hours since I posted this problem.
Have been able to send the remaining two WBNs via the 1-click-send on their fulfillment pages (I think they were sent), but they would not send from PSM. I now have copies of them sent to my email, but I sure would feel a heck of a lot better if someone there at AW could confirm that WBNs have been sent to my customers on all 8 auctions.
Very strange indeed. The only way we have of checking to see if the WBN's were sent is to check your post sale section. If the box is filled in, then the WBN's were definitely sent. I'm not sure why you received multiple copies of the WBN, it could be a transient glitch. Have you heard from your customers on any of these items?
Of the initial 6 WBNs on which I got 5 copies each, I have heard from four buyers who've made payment or have replied to the WBN (I have my WBNs set up where the customer can reply directly to me; it's optional for them to go to the AW checkout -- did this as a result of customer complaints of complexity and confusion at AW checkout).
On the two that I could not get to send out of PSM, but appeared to go through 1-click-send on fulfillment page, I have heard from one customer who paid based on my description, but says he never got the WBN.
Interestingly, those first six items are still in WBN to send, while the last two are not. By your description (check marks), then, you would assume WBNs were successfully sent to the last two, but not the first six -- which appears to be exactly the opposite of what happened.
What concerns me is that after I discovered that multiple copies of the first six were being sent, I was unable to send WBNs for the other to at all from PSM -- as if my account was hung up (I notice no other complaints about this -- supporting your transient glitch theory) but I am worried about whether this might be more than transient and might affect my WBNs in the future.

Have now heard from the second one I sent via 1-click-send on fulfillment page. They must have gotten the WBN because their response contained information they could have only gotten from the WBN.
