Your software use to support Ebay Personal offers and now it appears that they hang at the top of the Active listing again. Is there a problem with your software or do you not support this function anymore? I started to happened when you couldn't track by used about two weeks ago.

A personal offer is something that can only be listed on eBay -- technically you shouldn't be able to track them in, since we don't support listings to there.
Auctionwatch did Track these auctions up to about three weeks ago. I could sent billing, Shipping and Feedback thorough you auctionwatch Post Sale. You put an annoucement out that you did.
While it is possible that you were able to use our system in a workaround fashion to manage your personal offer listings, we have never officially supported them.
We cannot guarantee that the system will always work the same way for features not supported (aka: workaround solutions), when it was not designed to do so in the first place.
Idealy, we will be able to officially offer support for this feature in the future, but no information is available as to when/if that would take place.
