I have recently sold 12 items via dutch auction and when they first ended (5/20) all of them were in the PSM. Now for some reason there are only 4 (item #2023654411). One of the missing ones I have just received payment for and now I am unable to mark them as paid, nor print, nor send acknowledgement, etc. Please help!!!!!
Later. . . Ok, now I have other missing auctions, completely unrelated. This is really messing me up. . . HELP!

Can you provide us a listing ID for one of your missing closed auctions?
Note that if they were deleted by mistake, you can always bring them back to your closed section using our track by ID feature. Simply go to the Track Auction page, select the venue and enter the listing ID.
Your missing Dutch auctions are now restored. There were 12 of them, originated from the same eBay listing. Some of them are part of some orders, and some (4 of them) were accidentally deleted. They are all restored now in your closed panel. Regarding item
2027539975, this item is still in your active section (although the auction ended with buy-now). In order to see it in your closed section, just go to the active section, select it and hit refresh. If you would like the buy now items to update state automatically, you may consider joining the mailstep project (change your email address at eBay to [email protected]).

Here's another and I cannot import it either item #2026014433. I imported one other and that worked. Also, I tried registering the mailstep address w/ ebay, where do I get that mail to finish the ebay registration?
Thanks, and will this be corrected in the near future, it is really time consuming
In order to register with mailstep, you will need to do the following:
- go to eBay, MyeBay, Preferences/SetUp, and click on the link "Change my email address" under Personal information.
- enter [email protected] as your new e-mail address
- wait for the confirmation mail (eBay will send one on your existing email address)
- complete the email change process according to eBay instruction.
From now on, eBay will send you all the mails to the new address. AW will forward you all the mails (all received from eBay at [email protected] will be forwarded to your existing email address at AW). Do not change the email address for eBay at AW, since AW will use this address to forward your mails from eBay.
Regarding Dutch items: when a Dutch auction closes, it will change state from active to close. If the auction has winners, AW will 'split' the closed listing in as many closed auctions as winners are (you will have 3 closed listings with the same ID, one for each winner). The 'split' requires some time (usually som 5-10 mins). If the listing has split, you can re-track it by item ID provided that all the 'children' (listings split from the same auction) are deleted. This splitting mechanism is automated, so it is highly improbable that the you have only some of them in the closed section. Usually if some Dutch closed listings miss from the closed section, this denotes an user error (user has accidentally deleted closed listings).
In what regards listing #2026014433, you have 2 winners (according to eBay, and you also have 2 closed listings in your closed section, so there is nothing I can do for you.
