I use AW to track eBay NPBs. I use the Notes section to track reminders, warnings etc. I have three non-paid auctions that closed April 1 - 4 that have been auto-archived. It has not been 12 weeks yet. eBay items are:
2012945772
2012945761
2013407809
BTW - for those of us that want to leave NFB for the NPBs on day 89, it would be helpful to have the auto-archving occur after 13 weeks (7x13weeks=91 days). The 12 weeks removes items at day 84.

Thanks,
Bill

Hi Ebusinesscables,

In order to qualify for the refund, you will need to provide proof from the auction site that you had a non-paying bidder to get a refund to your account. It would not make a difference if the items were auto-archived or not in this case.

As proof, we will accept a copy and paste of the line item from your eBay statement, showing the refund from eBay. You may copy and paste it directly into the text field in the refund request form, available at:

https://secure.auctionwatch.com/my/acct/request_refund.html

I will log your suggestion to have auto archive go one week longer.

Thank you for your prompt reply ... however, I did not and am not asking for a refund. I am simply asking that if AW says items are going to be archived at 12 weeks, that AW wait until 12 weeks have passed and not auto-archive my items at 8 weeks as was done.

Hi Bill,

I misunderstood your question, I apologize. You can change the number of weeks for the auto archive online, in your My Account tab. Scroll down to where it says Archive Options to change the number of weeks to 12.

Can an archived auction be retrieved?

Hi Riverfarm,

In order to view your archived listings, you will need to export them into an Excel spreadsheet. To do this, go to your Sales Manager page and click the "Archive" link in the lefthand navigation bar under Display Options. Specify your date range, type, and format, then click the "Export" button. This will create a spreadsheet for you with all data arranged in titled columns.

When you open up the archive in excel you will see the item number to your left. If the auction is still in existance in eBay's database you can import it back to your account. However, if you are going to archive auctions that are older than 90 days you may want to consider saving them to your inventory so that you have all the auction information saved.

Hello! I have been archiving auctions as soon as I leave feedback for them, and I have encountered a problem. Item #2023452763
was archived, but when I retreive it there is no information with it (ie: address, and empty PSM's). I Need to know what address I sent this to and what the tracking number is. Tried importing it and it gave me a blank PSM. Help!

Hi Ti1,

I see two of that auction in closed -- one of them has PSM on it. Is that the one that previously had blank PSM keys?

It was a dutch auction, the blank one that you see is the one that I imported, but as you can see it imported no data.

I am at about my wits end here. I am processing payments (yesterdays work) and there are auctions all over tha place that I have to import and one item #2025279156 that doesn't seem to even exist in AW. When we are talking a 600% increease in our fees to you folks I expected at least a 300% increase in the quality of service.

Hi Ti1,

These auctions you say you have to import -- were they archived auctions? Or did they just never appear in your account to begin with? The auction that doesn't seem to exist, was that one in your account previously?

The auctions that I speak of in the latter posting have not been archived I still have not processed the payments for them.

The auction in the former posting, I still desperately need the data on as the buyer has not received his shipment.
