All my shipping notification messages are being returned as undeliverable.

Here's a copy of the text with the receipients name deleted. This same message is returned for all shipping notices.

The original message was received at Tue, 4 Jun 2002 00:26:28 -0400
from mail@localhost

----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
[email protected]
(reason: 550 5.1.1 User unknown)

----- Transcript of session follows -----
550 5.1.1 [email protected]... User unknown

Any ideas if this is a problem with my ISP ot mailstep? I am receiving mail fine.

Hi Ebusinesscables,

The error returned is self-descriptive: user is unknown and it has nothing to do with your ISP.
Did you encounter this problem with all your users or only with some of them? Maybe your buyer changed his real mail address with a fake one?
