AW - you have got to be kidding - a quarter for every auction that ended during the recent outage !!
It would have been better to offer nothing .
Ever heard of the expression - "Adding Insult to Injury" ?
I lost an entire day's work - I always list 10 day auctions on Thursdays - to end on Sundays - my customers know that - they look for them etc.
I was unable to list all day during the outage - which meant that I had to double list on Sunday - which meant a 16 hour day for me . How bout some compensation for that??
The least - the very least - offer that would be somewhat acceptable would be free listing of all current listings your customers had at that time - or perhaps - if you could keep the site up - a free listing day ( that would allow delayed launch) so we could all get back a little of what was lost .
