After selecting the Ebay venue to create a new listing, when I click the "continue" tab nothing happens. I cannot open the next page. What could be the problem?

I am not sure why this would be happening, but it could be that you simply need to clear your cache and restart your browser. Please give that a try, and let us know if it helps or not.

I have cleared the cache completely as you suggested. I have navigated throughout your site with no problem, except that when I click the continue tab it will not load the next page in the create listing section, which means I am unable to enter a new Ebay listing. Help!

Hi tiger3455,
What type of Internet connection are you using? The eBay listing page is pretty complex and it takes awhile to load, especially on a dial-up connection.
