Had 17 auctions end at 4 p.m. PDT, eight with sales. All are stuck in active, showing as closed but not with final numbers. I've refreshed everything I can to no avail. Please help. I'd like to send out my WBNs.

It looks like your active auctions are now in closed - this was probably just due to some temporary latency. Please let us know if you are still having trouble.

A followup question.
I have auctions ending every Saturday at 4 p.m. PDT, and this is the second Saturday in a row in which I've had problems (the previous Saturday it was the problem of the system sending out multiple WBNs on some auctions and no WBN on others -- later determined to be a "transient glitch". In both cases, there was no answer to my post until Sunday morning -- in the case above, 17-1/2 hours after my post.
I was under the impression AW offered 24/7 support, but it appears the boards are not covered at night. Is this correct, and if so, is there a way to get help on Saturday evening without having to wait until Sunday morning for an answer?
Incidently, the above problem cleared up sometime between 2 and 5 hours after the auctions ended.

We provide email support seven days a week and monitor the Message Center Services Forums from Monday through Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday through Sunday 10am - 6:30pm. At what time did you post your message?

As you can see above, this message was posted at 5:15 p.m. Saturday. If someone was supposed to be monitoring until 6:30, they must not have looked at this board. The previous Saturday post was about the same time with same result. In the future I'll go the email support route on Saturday.
