Two auctions, 2030133676 and 2030133671 on eBay, appear in Closed but not in Post-Sale. I want to send WBN to these buyers.
Please help with this or tell me what I need to do.

Hello ebusinesscables,
It appears that per eBay's announcements board, there were some problems accessing closed auctions yesterday. This most likely is what caused your Dutch auctions not to split with PSM keys. I have fixed the item number 2030133676 simply by selecting the item and clicking the "refresh" button a couple of times. This course of action will most likely fix the other item as well.
Note that if eBay is having technical difficulties, this will inevitably affect our system as well.

I have the same problem on a number of auctions and clicking refresh any number of times does nothing at all. Do you suggest percussive maintenance? 879692133 is one of them, there are others.
I stand corrected after 10 minutes of clicking refresh they updated. I may as well be back in a cave with a chisel.

Unfortunately, when an outage like that occurs at eBay, our tools are effected in this way. It is not that you would actually need to keep refreshing over and over during that time, just once every couple of minutes as you work and that will force the system to see that there was in fact winning bidder information to be had and it will pull that down (once eBay was available again.)
