Good Day from California~
Yesteray I launched approx 50 auctions. No error messages and all appear in their categories, but unless I wasn't paying attention is their a REASON why I have received NO LISTEnING CONFIRMATIONS FROM eBay to say my listings have been noticed and therefor in the system...what ever that system might be these days?

Hi Firemon,
I checked your AW account and it looks like they all launched. You may want to check with eBay regarding the confirmation of listings -- sometimes it takes a little longer for the confirmation to go through but either way, they are up on ebay.

Thank You Sonja for your quick reply, don't see that much these days. I do realize all my auctions are up, and I do realize CONFIRMATION OF LISTINGS usually takes some time, 2-3 hours but we are talking 24 hours, and being that eBay is all over the place right now, whom exactly would I address this problem to at eBay?
Contact [email protected] to inquire why you have not been seeing your listing confirmations. (you haven't changed your default email address for eBay recently, or upped your spam filters by chance?)

Hello Christopher,
I have written to eBay, may take weeks before I hear from them on the 50 auctions with no LISTING confirmations. I did not change my default email address, HOWEVER, I did change my mailing address with them and you, as I just moved across town and that should not affrect anything, should it?

EBay's listing confirmation system is screwed up right now. I have the opposite problem. My prefs on eBay are set NOT to receive listing confirmation emails, but more than two months ago I started receiving them. Contacted eBay about a month ago and was told they knew there was a problem and "engineering is working on it." Contacted them about a week ago and got same answer. Obviously, engineering is not working very hard on it.
Maybe the way to get your confirmations is to set your prefs to not get them. If that works, let me know and I'll change mine to receive them -- maybe then I won't.

If you set to receive you'd be no worse off in any case. I receive them but have my email program set up to file them in a seperate folder so they don't clutter my inbox. On rare occasions if I get an error that I didn't launch I check there first as search has too great a lag time.
