I'm just wondering if really old closed auctions are being automatically removed by AW. I mean those that are no longer in eBay's database (invalid). I used to go into my closed listings and delete these myself after 90 days, now I see that there are alot already gone.
Automatic Sales Data Archive started on May 22. By default, all accounts were set to archive PSM data older than 12 weeks (based on the auction close/sale date). We highly recommend using the auto-archive functionality to improve the performance of your control panel. You do have the option to disable the auto-archive feature in My Account.
The option to disable the auto-archive functionality is offered free for a limited time. Archived data will be available for download into a spreadsheet or word processor, but will not be displayed in the closed auction/PSM sections of your control panel.
If you want to copy a particular closed item to your inventory for future relist, follow these steps:
1) Go to the 'Closed' section of control panel
2) Select the item you wish to copy, and click the 'relist' button
3) Click on the 'edit' link next to the selected item
4) Scroll to the bottom of the item listing, click the box next to 'save this item in my inventory', then click the 'save' button.

What do you mean "The option to disable the auto-archive functionality is offered free for a limited time."? The option is FREE or the functionality itself is FREE? Why would you decide to charge for this whichever it is?
