I launched an auction and I put the wrong shipping charge on it. Can I change it so they won't receive the wrong shipping charge when the wbn goes out automatically.
I have already revised the auction with the new shipping charge but I need to change it on the wbn.
You can edit the WBN for an active auction. To do so, click on the Active link on the lefthand side in your Display Options box. Select the auction you wish to edit and hit Set WBN. On the corresponding page, select the auction again, and hit Edit WBN -- you can then change the shipping for that auction. I hope this helps!
