This hasn't happened very often, but when it has, it has been very frustrating to me and probably my buyers. I have an auction end and the buyer goes through the check-out system, gets a copy of the confirmation, prints it out, but the #2 box never turns blue and doesn't show they've been through the check-out. This just most recently happened on item # 2109690019
It certainly is an intrusive on the buyer when I'm constantly emailing asking for their information when they've already given it and sent on their payment. Sort of makes me look like an idiot. Please tell me why this happens and correct it, if possible. I'll say again, they have done everything correctly because I have received their payment WITH a print-out of the order confirmation.

Hi Toyspast,
I have not seen any other instances of this problem. Do you know if they actually complete the WBN -- I checked the auction and it does not look like step two was filled out at all. What is the order confirmation print out that you get -- is it from a payment venue, or the completion of the WBN process?

Hi, Sonja:
I checked the print-out again, and it's the part where it says "Checkout/Confirm Order". It asks them to "confirm oder" by clicking on the button. So I see why it didn't go through, but I'm a little confused because ALL the info they need is on that page. There's the total due and my info listed and even the comments made by them. Why would they think they had to go any further in the process? She made a copy at that point and thought the process was complete. I might too, if I was in a hurry to get through it. Why don't you make it so they can't see maybe the seller's info unless they click on the "confirm order" button? That way they would have to continue to complete the process.

Hi Toyspast,
When they hit the Confirm button they get a page that has more complete information including totals plus a link to the payment venue, to take care of the payment for the item. Most forms online have this extra Confirm process so that people know what they are paying for before they solidify the process. I will pass your suggestion on to product development.
From what I can see here, the ONLY thing that was missing was the payment link. But everything they need to complete the transaction, other than that, is listed on the next to last page, including an invoice with their total cost listed. Although this has not happened very often, it has happened before in the past. I've also had a couple of instances where they buyer thought they had completed, but went back through and did it again to make me happy, and I bet it was a similiar problem. In other words, I think it's happening more times than I have evidence of.
Thanks for your time and please pass this on to the technical team.
