Hi,
I have now had two auctions close with my customers checking out and using paypal for payments.
I have set up the Mailstep system and it appears to be functioning correctly in that I receive my paypal payment notifications correctly (routing them through auctionwatch via mailstep)
But the auctions are not being "filled in" as paid.
I still must manually fill them in.
Any advise? Is it my auctions only or is mailstep in beta test mode?
Did the customer fill out all fields on the paypal form? We have had reports of the payment notification step not automatically checking off -- it is a small number for the most part, but a lot of it is due to an incomplete form. Was the auction ID number on there?

The mailstep does not work right. I had someone just pay with PayPal and they filled in everything - Item #, User ID, Auction Title, Name Address, Amounts, Auction Site, e-mail address. What is wrong with this? If it is not going to work, I might as well cancel it.
