When working checkout seems to be a useful tool.I prefer the buyer to fill it out as there is then no question to the address shipping costs etc (better them than me). If asked at a supermarket do you like standing in line at the checkout I'm sure most would answer no, but it has come to be an accepted part of life. Basically we are creating the rules as we go along if the GUI is easy to use it should be no problem. Maybe they'll be back maybe they won't one thing I am sure of is yours are not the only auctions they will encounter this in. If your items are good and service is good my guess is you'll survive a disgruntled customer. Occasionally when I'm at a store I'll see a customer argueing with a clerk over what appears to be nothing, this is the cyber version of that arguement there are some people who are never satisfied and never will be (I've been accused of this)there's really nothing much you can do to satisfy them. I'd just send then the Gee I'm really sorry you had a hard time filling out my form blah blah blah email and forget it. They've probably moved on to their next gripe anyway. It would be nice if repeat customers info were stored however, as I have many that that would help.
