I use Sales Manager to list my auctions but my buyers generally ignoire the wbn mails and that ok with me. I ship priority mail and enter the DC # on step 5. Is there any way to have the dc# I entered in step 5 be put in the status mail that is sent to the buyer in step 6. I generally print out the labels the night before and tell the winning bidder. Your package will go out tomorrow USPS Proority mail and your tracking number will be and manually enter the number.

Hi Mannyl08753,
You can edit the shipment notification that you send out to your buyers. The tracking number can go in there so that you don't have to send extra emails letting the winners know what it is. I hope this helps!
