I want to know why after setting up my auction, & choosing the template, I can only use preview one time. I can't use it again for subsequent auctions. I like to proof read my descriptions for errors & proper spelling. I have to go all the way through to the end & then go back. What is the problem? Al B.

Hi Sanmar,
While in edit_auction page there are several ways to preview your auction:
a) template preview (the button called Preview, below the selected template);
b) quick preview button located at the bottom of the page; and
c) venue preview button located also at the bottom of the page.
Notice that the first method works always, while the other two run some verifications on the fields and will not work unless all the required fields are filled.
You may use template preview to verify the layout and the spelling. Use the quick preview or venue preview buttons to proof the item will launch.

mgarbea: You missed my point. I am aware of the 3 ways to preview. My complaint is: When I use the 1st method,(clicking on just below the template) I can only use it once. I cannot recall it again, even on a new auction, unless I go completely out of A/W & return. My question is why?

Hi Sanmar,
That preview button does not go away, it is always there underneath the template. When you preview it, do you hit the Close button at the bottom of the preview to close it out?

SonyaAW: What close button? There isn't anything like that on my screen. Yes I know the preview button is always there, but if I do a preview & make a correction, I cannot use it again. I have to go all the way through & then do a preview. This is a real pain in the, well you know where.
