I have uploaded several pics and they are viewable for a couple of days then the pics are not displayed. Please email me as soon as you can because I am losing money because they can't see the items that I am selling.

Hi Azartsandfinds,
Please provide more information about your problem. You have now 4 pictures uploaded, from which none of them is scheduled for deletion. Please tell us:
- do you launch your auctions online, or use our offline products (SMBE or SMPro);
- at launch time the pictures are present in the listing?

Please notice that if you do overwrite / delete pictures while the auction is active, the images will not show any more.
If you use SMPro/SMBE, notice that deleting the images locally will also delete the images on the site once you synchronize. If your images were mistakenly deleted from your local drive, you may upload them again. If the images were associated with active auctions be sure to uplaod the photos using the same name and extension, otherwise the pictures will still not be present in your auctions.

The images are there at the time of the launch. They are being launched through AW. The image is successfully viewable on EBay. Two or three days later the pics are replaced by the words click here to see picture. When I click I get a blank page with no picture. If you go to Ebay you will see two or three example of the pics that are not viewablbe but were yesterday. Item 886285965 Southwest Abstract Paper Mixed Art. How can the pics upload with no problems are viewable for a time then disappear.

Hi Azartsandfinds,
Imagine the following scenario:
1) I start SMPro (formerely known as AMPro) - AW's offline tool. I create a batch containing item1 with image1.jpg. I upload the batch and the item becomes active.
2) 2 or 3 days later, I delete the image called image1.jpg from my local disk and start SMPro again. I create another batch, with another item - say item2 which contains image2.jpg and upload it.
At this moment, the program is synchronizing the information. Among others it syncs the images. Image image1.jpg (which no longer exists on your local drive) is also deleted from AW's imagehost, while image2.jpg (which exists only on your local drive) gets uploaded to imagehost. As a result, the auctions called item1 and item2 are both active, but only the second one has images attached.
